About Coach Neri

Coach Scot Neri has been coaching kids in the New England area since his playing days at Tilton School and Babson College. With a win percentage of .787% in AAU basketball over the past five years, Coach Neri has built a reputation as someone who can get through to kids on a basketball court. He has developed a shooting school through years of working alongside hall of fame coaches and amazing players. He is passionate about sharing his expertise with aspiring young basketball players.

After playing for his dad, Al Neri, a Hall of Fame Coach at Portsmouth High School in NH, Scot played for Coach Peter Graham at Tilton School in 1986 where the Rams finished second in New England Prep. After Tilton, Scot played for Serge DeBari and Rick Boyages at Babson College.

After college, Coach Neri began his career in coaching, starting off right next to the man who taught him everything, Coach Al Neri. It was evident where the passion we see in Coach Neri came from. Between working at camps for such legends as UNH Coach Gerry Friel, NBA Coaches Don Nelson and Jim Lyman, as well as countless college coaches, Coach Neri has developed a shooting school that will help make your son or daughter a great shooter!

What You Can Expect

Coach uses his time informing, instructing and evaluating your athlete's current form. Coach doesn't believe in starting from scratch with players, but teaches them how to increase consistency, accuracy and range from their shot. He also wants his players to know that there is no magic formula to being a good shooter. It takes hard work, practice and knowledge on how to do both.

Lastly, Coach Neri is always available outside of the paid sessions to answer questions from his players. Coach likes to say "Every kid that plays for me becomes one of my players forever."
